Best Construction Experience

Shelving can be the best way to quickly level Construction (if you have the right supplies).

Formula:

(((Lumber Required / Lumber Used Per Action)(30) / 60) / 25) = Number of cycles that will occur during the duration.

(Shelving Timer – 30) / 2 = Number of Fried Steaks to acquire minimum time.

Number of Cycles * Number of Fried Steaks For Minimum Time = Total number of Fried Steaks needed to acquire minimum time during the duration.

Notes:

- These numbers are a rough estimate. The actual numbers may be higher depending on multiple factors, such as latency (lag) and the individual's focus on the game.

– These numbers should not be any lower than the results of the formula, unless the formula becomes outdated.

Best Trading Experience

All NPC stores, except any of Captain's Fred shops, buy Gold Coins for 5v each (raises by 1v every 40 Trading levels). Trading to a NPC shop grants you 24 Trading experience (without any additional Trading experience bonuses being active).

Lake Essdar's Seafood and Eat It and Rissdra's The Wood Shop are great places to level Trading. However, Erfdar has two shops, Card Emporium (Eptile) and Ye Old Elven Junk (Tropi), that grant extra Speed experience on the route, making it more efficient.

Trading Formulas:

Following formulas result in values needing to be rounded down:

Get value of an item (selling):
(Base Value + Base Value(Trading Level / 200))

Get value of item (buying):
(Base Value – Base Value(Trading Level / 200))

Following formulas result in values needing to be rounded up:

Get Trading Level needed to buy for value:
200(1 – (Desired Value / Base Value))

Get Trading level needed to sell for value:
((Base Value / Desired Value) / 200)

Notes:

- You need at least level 2 Cooking to see “Seafood and Eat It.”

– You need at least level 2 Woodcutting to see “The Wood Shop.”

– The Erfdar route requires the Erfdarian nationality.

– You may use Berry Cordial to increase the amount of Trading experience you acquire per sell; however, each consumption gives -5 Speed to the player.

– The purchase value reduction and vending value increase bonuses are currently believed to be capped at level 42 Trading (essentially a 21% bonus).

– Black Jack tables can give Trade experience if the player has not traded in the town yet. The Trade experience is gained after the player's first win.
